5 minute Chili Lime Hommous

  • 400g/14.1 oz tin chickpeas, drained and rinsed well
  • 1/2 small clove garlic, peeled
  • 4 tablespoons coriander oil* or 2 tablespoons oil and 1 tablespoon finely chopped coriander leaves
  • 3 tablespoons sweet chilli sauce
  • 3 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon tahini
  • 1/3 cup water
  • Salt and pepper

    Mix together in food processor
