Easy Satay Sauce

INGREDIENTS

  • 70g (1/4 cup) crunchy peanut butter
  • 125ml (1/2 cup) coconut milk
  • 1/2 garlic clove, crushed
  • 2 teaspoons kecap manis
  • 2 teaspoons fresh lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon curry powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander

Stir in a saucepan 2-3 minutes. Use as a marinade or in stirfries etc
